I am beyond pleased with my experience with NorthCo. I do not make recommendations often, however I do recommend NorthCo. Having used many contractors in the past for new construction and Reno’s, I can say the NorthCo customer service, quality of work and integrity shines through from first meet to last walk through. I did a full Reno on unfinished basement; complete with full 3 piece bathroom and was done in about 3 weeks, came in on time and on cost. The crew was outstanding and ensured I was happy with the work all the way through. I am happy to have found reliable and quality services in NorthCo.

Second time using Northco. They replaced our roof last year and replaced the siding, soffit and fascia of our garage this spring. Work was completed on schedule both times and more importantly they provide excellent costumer service after the job is done. They will comeback and ensure you are satisfied with the job.

We cannot adequately say how pleased and happy we are to have chosen Northco Services to renovate our master en-suite bathroom. The whole team work so very well together and I am at a loss for words trying to describe how impressed we are with Jason as he did most of the work. We found Northco Services at the Ottawa Spring Home Show and are incredibly glad we did! Starting with Jean-Maxime and his painting crew – all of the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and pros at what they do. They came out to prep the house (pressure wash, sanding rough areas, patching and caulking where necessary) and then they painted our wood/stucco house with two coats of colour. The finished product was fabulous.
We had originally decided to have Northco paint the soffit and fascia, but after talking to Daniel (also from Northco) we decided to have it replaced. Again we are so glad we did! Daniel was able to fit us in relatively quickly, the guys who did the work were friendly and professional, and had the whole house done in just a couple of days!
We couldn’t be happier with the team at Northco and the work that was done at our house. We’re happy to recommend them to anyone and we’re even having them back to paint the interior in November!

Northco recently completed a major exterior renovation on my home and garage. They removed the original wood siding and added insulation and Hardie Board siding. They also rebuilt my front and side porches. The pre planning done with Simon and the rest of the team created a very smooth experience with only a few minor surprises that were beyond everyone’s control. Costs was very clearly laid out, accurate and even included contingency pricing for any potential obstacle. They actually came out and measured three times to ensure accurate ordering of supplies. The only delays experienced were as a result of unexpected weather and never as a result of waiting for materials.

The crew was very polite and enthusiastic about their work and were always punctual and extremely diligent in cleaning up at the end of each work day. The feedback I received from my neighbours was very complimentary (they were impressed by the speed, quality and organization of the work site along with the polite and friendly demeanor of the team) and there was very little disruption to the community. I am very pleased with their craftmanship and highly recommend the Northco team!

We just had our back roof redone.
Simon came over and within a few days provided us estimates for different roofing material. These also included worst case scenario like rotted underlayment. It allowed us to be aware of any “surprises” they might found once they removed the shingles. We had other estimates done and Northco was very comparable in price. Simon gave us a time frame which was certainly respected.
Daniel took over afterwards and kept us in the loop (when the dumpster would arrive, the workers for the roof so on and so forth). On the designated workday the two gentlemen who came to work on the roof, were on time, efficient, professional and pleasant. They also kept us in the loop by showing us what was beneath our roof, answering our questions as they kept working and they cleaned up everything afterwards. Daniel came for a final inspection a couple of days later to make sure we were satisfied with the work, which we are.
We would highly recommend the Northco team we have had the pleasure to meet. They were all professional, punctual, returned our phone calls in a timely manner and certainly took our concerns and questions seriously.

After getting quotes from many companies, my wife and I hired Northco to do a complete exterior wrap on our home built in 1983. The work involved a brand-new roof (Malarkey Vista), new siding (James Hardie), eaves, trough, and soffit. Right from the start we were well taken care from Simon the salesperson, to Daniel the owner, and their crews under Remy and Guillaume.
The quality of a company can be measured by how they act when things go wrong. In a complex project such as this one, this is inevitable. Northco showed us this quality. They understand that we matter and react quickly to resolve issues and provide confidence that they have our back, that our success is their success. We also appreciated the fact that they took the rest of the neighborhood in consideration and did not overtake our small street with multiple cars or trailers left behind for weeks.
While this was a challenging process, what we remember most is not making compromises with the decisions. In the end, it’s what is left behind that we remember, and on this project, we are happy to say that we are completely happy with the result. Thank you Northco!

We started planning for our new kitchen earlier this year. We met Simon from Northco Services at the Ottawa home show. After talking with him, we decided to go ahead and to book for an in-house estimate. We were really impressed with their professionalism and they were able to answer all of our questions and concerns.
After shopping around for other estimates, we selected Northco Services. Right away, they provided us with a starting date for the construction and also a detailed timeline.
The week before the construction started, the whole team came to our house to meet us.
Throughout the 5 weeks of renovation, Daniel was always ready to meet us and was always quick to answer our questions.
The few deficiencies that we encountered were quickly addressed and fixed to our satisfaction.
