Renovations

NorthCo offers a variety of different renovation services and is specialized in kitchens, bathrooms and custom open concept living spaces. We offer full project management including design and architectural layouts, NorthCo offers a specialized team of architects, designers and engineers for all types of projects. Our exterior services includes High quality custom composite decks & Fences, changing exterior siding, capping exterior soffits and fascias and much more!

Roofing

By using only top quality materials and ensuring every roofing project is completed properly we can guarantee your new roof will last for years to come.

Old shingles and material will be removed, any necessary repairs to the roof structure will be completed, an ice and water shield membrane is applied, followed by a synthetic under-layment, 24” flashing is laid in valleys, flashing around chimneys is applied, finishing with the shingle application.

Painting

Nothing will have a bigger impact on the look of the inside of your home then a fresh coat of paint. Either freshening up an existing coat of paint or choosing a new look with new colors, Northco has you covered.

Great care is taken to protect our client’s homes and possessions. Project areas are fully covered in plastic prior to work commencing. All prep work such as caulking, patching, repairing water damage or repairing drywall is completed first, followed by a full job site cleanup and finished with our topcoat application using quality products.
