NorthCo was a true pleasure to work with. They replaced my insulation and siding. From the sales person, designer and down to the crew, they were all very professional and pleasant.There was an issue with my windows, the crew went above and beyond to solve all issues.I cannot say enough good things about the crew: Gunner, Liam, Riley, Mathew, Farshad and Elias.The professionalism, politeness, quality of work and attention to detail by all was second to none.I am so pleased with the results, my home looks great!I highly recommend NorthCo Services!

We love our new kitchen! Working with NorthCo Services was fantastic from beginning to end. They kindly fit us in as their last project of the year and kept to their timeline. The team was communicative, professional and very respectful of our condo (and the rest of the building - which was appreciated by our neighbours). NorthCo Services was an excellent company to work with! I had my kitchen cupboards painted and they did a fabulous job. I met Oliver at the Ottawa Home show and talked to him about the possibility of getting cupboards painted. He was very friendly and not pushy at all. He came over to assess and give me a quote. He also let me know how I could be saving by not redoing the handles or just doing one paint colour instead of two. This really impressed me! Then he explained the team process… I then had two excellent designers who came over to help in choosing the right white for my house. Who knew there were so many whites!!! I was then in touch with the contractor who worked as a team with everyone having their particular task; ie. cupboard doors, clean and tape( protect ), paint... I was so impressed. They noticed a flaw in some painting so took the part back to the shop to repaint. Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable and respectful of the home! I would definitely recommend this company!

Northco did the vinyl siding at our home in November 2024. We absolutely loved working with them. They are such a great team of workers that are extremely responsive, respectful, reliable, excellent at their job and easy to work with. They would always be there early in the morning and work till mid/end of the afternoon. They always cleaned up after their work. From Alex the sale person to Paulo, Ethan, Gunner, Paul, Fadi and the owner Daniel, they all are amazingI people. I would absolutely recommend you book with them. We are extremely happy with the work they have done.

Very pleased with Northco’s work on the exterior of the house. From start to finish, the service was top notch. We wanted to replace the exterior siding and Northco made it very easy.Northco had a good range of options to update the exterior of our 65-yr old house. Their designer helped us find something that suited the stone on the front of house, was in keeping with the style and neighbourhood, and yet modernized the overall look.It looked as if Northco wouldn’t be able to fit us in until early spring but when the weather warmed up around Christmas, the project manager called to say they would slip us in. The crew started the day after New Year’s, which was warm for January. Two days later it got a lot colder. In the wind and cold, the crew put in several bone-chilling days cutting, shaping and installing the new siding.The project manager did a thorough post-installation walk-around. He agreed that the capping around the carport entrance needed a bit of tweaking, but otherwise everything looks great. The neighbours agree and we can’t be more pleased!
